Composer and Writer

I'm currently the social media and content manager for the Seattle Symphony, where I focus on making sure the symphony finds its digital audience. Before moving to Seattle, I wrote about science, technology and entrepreneurship for the University of Oregon.

You should know that I’m a passionate advocate for new music. I founded Sound of Late with my friends so we could collaborate with composers and artists and support the creation of vital new works in the Pacific Northwest.

I am also an active composer. I was the artist-in-residence at Crater Lake National Park in 2012, which inspired my interest in field recording. Since then I have spent time recording the changing soundscapes in Oregon and Washington.

Feel free to reach out. Maybe we can grab a cup of coffee sometime. If you like my music and writing and want to know when I post something new, go ahead and subscribe via email.

I look forward to meeting you soon!
